| Alright... my prediction: "This medium will have the biggest impact on our industry." That's it... It's now out there. I said it! Pretty bold quote you may say, but what a better way to establish the credibility and engage a potential renter than through a video! Descriptions are nice, pictures work well, but VIDEO! That's where it's at and we need to adapt to this medium and let it work for us. And our industry has soo many options, it's just amazing. Imagine what you can shoot? Here we have our property (interior & exterior), the town or city your property resides, a plentiful amount of attractions... it's endless for us! I strongly feel that with video we, as the vacation rental community, can convert (at such a great time) people who are sticklers for hotels and open their eyes even more to what we have to offer! Shoot, Edit, Post, Repeat! Jason

| Just wanted to let everyone know that we're working on the capability for you to upload your video, in the same manner as you would a photo. We're on it!

| Video! Video! Video! It is a proven fact that people are more comfortable booking a place to stay if they have seen actual footage of the VR. Let's get on that! Break out your video cameras and let's start posting! Youtube is a great source to start with and we're working on a fun functionality tool to have your video and personal website link right there on your listing page! Let's rock out with video. It's where it's at! Cheers! Angie

I personally think video is great if you have the time but believe that many are not willing to spend alot of time watching videos unless they are very short and to the point. I believe that allowing the user to interact and be able to move the camera is a better take. Such as a live webcam that they can move. But as you know that would entail some privacy issues unless the cams were set-up to not front on privacy. We have a property that uses a vitual tour and I believe that is best. See it here http://tour.circlepix.com/tour.htm?id=542380&refurl (you must click on the Virtual Images tab) via http://bhrbo.com/6.
