Our little girls are the best road trippers ever! Give them a soft bed, one squeeker toy each and one piece of doggie jerky and they are good to roll for hours. Peanut (the black and white fluffer we rescued almost two years ago) LOVES to hang her head out the window and let her hair blow in the wind. Munchkin (the all black one) is a travelin' trooper. She's been on numerous airplanes going here and there and it always up for jumping in the car and going for a joyride. Snapped this photo over the weekend and just had to share it! Aren't they adorable!

Ahhhhh....island dreamin'

We took this snapshot in Grand Cayman while sitting on out on the back-deck of our vacation rental. The colors were amazing and illuminated the sky over several anchored sailboats scattered along Seven Mile Beach. We couldn't take our eyes off of it, so we sat back and enjoyed and raised our glasses to toast Mother Nature.

Hi everyone!

Jason and I just got back last week from the trip of a lifetime! We flew to Grand Cayman on the 14th of June and were married on June 16th in a magical ceremony at the Grand Old House in Grand Cayman. After the ceremony, we all dined under the stars with our closest family and friends. It truly was the most special evening we could have ever imagined!

And of course we have to mention that we all stayed in vacation rentals for the trip and everyone loved it! Between us all, we had a five bedroom home and five 3-bedroom condos all located along Seven Mile Beach. Everyone had a blast scuba diving, riding jet skiis, visiting Sting Ray City, the Butterfly Farm....and the list goes on and on. If you haven't been to Grand Cayman yet...trust me that it is a WONDERFUL vacation destination!

Thanks to everyone here on VacaConnect for continuing to send us your thoughts and ideas. Look forward to the new themed sites....they are making their big debut just around the corner! We are so excited our first set of print advertisements came out almost two weeks ago and we've seen a great increase in traffic and lots of interest! Great news!! We are still working around the clock on getting more bookings for all that are listed on the site. It's been LOTS of work but also LOTS of fun!

Wow! It's been such an exciting time around here at VacaConnect! We are growing and continuing to spread the word to the traveling community on the absolutely fabulous benefits of renting a vacation rental!

We have our first print ad coming out in May in a Houston entertainment publication that is distributed amongst the best restaurants, night spots, coffee shops, etc. etc. It's a publication picked up by thousands every month and a great audience to get the word out. The big TRAVEL issue comes out in May and we're looking forward to the response we get on the site. We'll keep you all posted!

We are gowing and it's sooooo much fun! We have listings in over 40 countries now and more members signing up in the forums every hour. It is so wonderful to see everyone communicating and tossing new ideas around.

Hello friends! A little off of business talk for a second...

Jason and I are getting married! We are off to Grand Cayman in June with all of our family to tie the knot in a gorgeous intimate beach wedding. A dream come true!

And another great thing...All of us are staying in vacation rentals. Of course! We'll be posting photos, videos and reviews upon our return!

The last Vacation Rental we stayed in knew we were bringing our two little fluffy dogs with us and low and behold...they were dog lovers too and actually left a nice cushy doggie bed in the house for us. How nice! Our little rescue dog Peanut sure took full advantage of her temporary kingdom as you can see!
